Explore Engineering, is an industry-led group with strong and direct links to education. Our Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Team host an annual “INSPIRE Women In Engineering” Event to highlight the possibilities of a career in Engineering. On stage we have a panel of professional women who share with you their inspirations, experiences and paths to engineering, and the reasons for their love of their chosen career. Paths and choices may vary but the overall message is clear, Engineering is for everyone. A Questions & Answers session immediately after the presentation allows students to interact with the panel and start their exploration of a career in Engineering.
